  1. The Controller of your personal data is Trinity House and Finance Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-074) at ul. Trębacka 4, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000823794, with a share capital of PLN 5,000, NIP (tax identification number) 7010965346 (hereinafter: the „Data Controller"). The Data Controller can be contacted in writing at the Data Controller's address.
  2. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by e-mail at: iod@thf.com.pl or in writing at the Data Controller's registered office. The Data Protection Officer may be contacted on all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights connected with such processing.
  3. The Data Controller also informs you that you have the right to:
    1. withdraw consent (to the extent that the basis for processing your personal data is consent); the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; consent may be withdrawn at any time;
    2. access your personal data;
    3. request their rectification;
    4. erasure;
    5. restriction of processing;
    6. data portability, i.e. to receive from the Data Controller your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format;
    7. object to the processing of personal data (to the extent that the basis for processing your personal data is the premise of a legitimate interest). In particular, you have the right to object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling.

  4. Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
    1. to conclude and perform an intermediation agreement, including financial intermediation, with the Data Controller — the basis for processing is the agreement concluded with you;
    2. direct marketing of products or services by means of electronic and telephone communication — the legal basis for processing the data is your consent;
    3. direct marketing of products and services, including customer profiling — the legal basis for processing the data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller;
    4. analytical and statistical purposes — the legal basis for processing the data is the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller;
    5. fulfilment of legal obligations, in particular those relating to counteracting money laundering and the financing of terrorism — the legal basis for processing the data for this purpose is the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller;
    6. handling enquiries submitted via the contact form on the website and responding to them — the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in communicating with persons interested in the Data Controller's services.
  5. Your personal data will be stored:
    1. with respect to intermediation agreements, including financial intermediation, personal data will be stored until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the intermediation agreement, or for a period equal to the retention period for documentation related to the performance of the intermediation agreement in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law — whichever of these periods is longer;
    2. in the case of consent given to send commercial information by electronic means or to be contacted by telephone in order to present an offer — until you withdraw your consent or raise an objection to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;
    3. with respect to the Data Controller contacting you at your request, including handling enquiries submitted via the contact form — for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and provide a response, and subsequently for the period consistent with the time limits indicated in generally applicable law.
  6. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller, including, among others, IT service providers, marketing agencies, and companies providing archiving services, whereby such entities process the data on the basis of an agreement with the Data Controller and solely in accordance with the Data Controller's instructions. With respect to the operation of the website and the contact form, the Data Controller's IT service providers are, in particular: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Cloudflare Inc. (domain management, website security and performance), and Resend (handling the sending of messages from the contact form). Your personal data may also be made available to other entities that cooperate with the Data Controller, in particular — following your separate consent given in the contact form — ANG Odpowiedzialne Finanse S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-728) at ul. Dziekońskiego 1, which has its own privacy policy, or directly to Experts who cooperate with the Data Controller on the basis of an agreement. At any time, you may contact us with a request for information regarding the entities to which we have made your data available on the basis of your consent.
  7. Your personal data may be obtained by us directly from you (via the form on the website, by telephone, in writing) and during a telephone conversation with an Expert. It may also be obtained from other entities where you have given such consent.
  8. In connection with the Data Controller's use of internet infrastructure providers, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States — to the entities: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Cloudflare Inc. (website security and performance), and Resend (handling the sending of messages from the contact form; data processing takes place in the European Union region). The transfer of data takes place on the basis of a European Commission decision confirming an adequate level of protection (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Beyond the scope indicated above, your personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
  9. Providing personal data in connection with intermediation is voluntary but necessary in order to provide intermediation services. A failure to provide the data results in an inability to provide intermediation services. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. Providing data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary to handle the enquiry and provide a response.
  10. On the basis of the data you provide, including personal data, we may prepare offers tailored to your needs.
  11. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Cookies and similar technologies

  1. The website uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies only:
    1. Cloudflare Turnstile cookies — used to verify that the contact form is being completed by a human and not an automated program (purpose: website security);
    2. Cloudflare cookies related to ensuring the security and performance of the website;
    3. storing, in the browser's local storage (localStorage), information about the dismissal of the cookie notice.
  2. The technologies listed above are necessary for the proper and secure operation of the website and do not serve marketing or analytical purposes. The website does not use advertising, analytical, or tracking cookies.
  3. You may delete cookies and data stored in local storage at any time in your web browser settings; this may, however, affect the proper operation of the contact form.
