Managing Partner · Credit Expert — Kinga Burcan

Over 20 years in financial markets and one of the leaders of the mortgage market in Poland. A graduate of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), she built her career in managerial roles at leading institutions — including ING and mBank — specialising in mortgages and the financing of large development projects. Today, as Managing Partner of Trinity, she and her team of financial and credit experts support clients seeking financing — whether for a property or their own business.

Klaudia Sałapa

Credit Expert — Klaudia Sałapa

An independent credit expert with many years of experience in finance. A graduate in economics (specialisation: financial management) from the Jagiellonian University, she gained her professional experience in Alior Bank's Mortgage Department, handling the credit processes of individual clients. She currently focuses on mortgages and personal loans (including refinancing and consolidations).

Darina Bezus

Credit Process Specialist — Darina Bezus

A law graduate of the University of Kyiv with many years of experience in credit processes at commercial banks in Poland. She is responsible for documentation and the formal analysis of applications, and oversees the entire process once an application is submitted to the bank.

Michał Piotrowski

Credit Expert — Michał Piotrowski

Many years of experience in personal finance. In mortgage banking he specialises in financing construction projects that require a cost estimate, as well as in the comprehensive restructuring of creditworthiness — including cleaning up a client's credit history (BIK).

Joanna Brzezicka

Credit Expert · Tri-City — Joanna Brzezicka

A financial expert with many years of experience in securing financing, including for the purchase or construction of property — she helps clients obtain the best mortgage. Beyond her cooperation with Trinity, she also works with real-estate agents and agencies, sharing her knowledge and experience. She operates day-to-day across the Tri-City — Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot — but also serves clients from all over Poland.

Marcin Domański

Financial Broker · Business Loans — Marcin Domański

Collaborates with Trinity as an experienced financial broker with over 15 years in the industry. He began his career at Expander S.A. as a finance and credit broker; in later years he managed two Idea Bank branches and ran his own Credit Agricole office. Today he specialises in business financing — investment, working-capital and mortgage loans.
